AEG provides complete facility management and maintenance for the O.co Coliseum. AEG staff is available on game day to address facility-related issues. Please contact any O.co Coliseum employee for assistance or call (510) 569-2121.
The only animals allowed in the O.co Coliseum are certified service animals. Service animals in training will not be permitted to enter the O.co Coliseum unless they are authorized in advance by The Oakland Raiders.
Amplification devices for guests with hearing impairments are available at the First Aid Office in section 109.
ATMs are located throughout the O.co Coliseum in the following locations:
AAA Automobile Club will be available every game to assist all guests with car problems. Guests should go to either the north or south flag pole outside the O.co Coliseum to meet AAA. Please keep in mind that there is one truck on the premises, and that if it leaves with the property from another car, it will not return. Guests do not have to be AAA members as there is no charge for the AAA services that do not require towing. Bike Patrol officers are available for assisting guests in contacting AAA.
The Oakland Raiders do not sell tickets to games played on the road. Contact the host club and venue directly for ticket availability, or check NFL Ticket Exchange for availability. Please note prices may exceed face value on NFL Ticket Exchange and that The Oakland Raiders are not responsible for tickets sold to any games at other NFL stadiums. To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into stadiums, NFL teams will implement an NFL policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums. To read the NFL policy, click here.
The NFL strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags. Beginning with preseason games, fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
Fans will continue to be able to enjoy their tailgate activities in the parking lots and to do so with greater safety and the knowledge that their entry into the stadium will be smoother and faster. They also will continue to be able to carry items allowed into the stadium, such as binoculars, cameras, and smart phones.

Access to the O.co Coliseum via BART is available by exiting at the Coliseum/Airport BART Station from the Fremont/Richmond line or Fremont/Daly City line. Hand-held binoculars and small still cameras with lenses less than 6" in length are permitted in the O.co Coliseum. Video and movie cameras are not permitted in the O.co Coliseum without the user holding proper media credentials. Photos cannot be used for any commercial purpose. Children 24 months of age and under do not need a ticket to enter the O.co Coliseum, provided that they are seated on a parent's or guardian's lap and not interfere with the sightlines of others. Children must have a ticket to receive a promotional item.
The O.co Coliseum Coliseum Box Office is located northwest of the O.co Coliseum concourse, next to gate D, and can be used by the general public to purchase single game tickets on game days if any are available.

Premium food and beverage services are offered in the West Side Club, East Side Club, Suites, and in all premium seating areas. Traditional stadium concessions are also offered throughout the O.co Coliseum. Specialty items such as BBQ, popcorn chicken, pizza, and garlic fries can also be found at specific concession stands.
There are two concierge desks to accommodate our Suite and Club Seat Members. One is located near the West Side Club entrance, directly behind section 217. The other is located in the East Side Club, directly behind section 242. All Suite Holders should check-in with the Concierge Desk for access to their suite.
Pledge to be a designated driver at any Oakland Raiders home game by signing up at a designated driver booth and you will also receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage coupon redeemable at the game.

Designated driver booths are located at any of the guest services booths at gates A, B, C, and D. Fans will also have the ability to sign-up at the guest services booths located on the BART Plaza and directly outside the West Side Club Entrance.

The Oakland Raiders donate tickets to many worthy causes throughout the year. Call 1-800-RAIDERS to learn more about how you can request a ticket donation, or how you can donate your unused game tickets. Click here to view the donation request guidelines.
Season Ticket Members may use their My Raiders Account to donate tickets they are unable to use. The deadline to donate tickets is 5:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to any home game.
The Oakland Raiders, the NFL, AEG or O.co Coliseum management, in their sole discretion, may refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder who is disorderly, uses vulgar or abusive language, throws objects, fights, impairs others' ability to enjoy the game, attempts to enter the playing field or who fails to comply with any O.co Coliseum policies or the terms printed on the reverse side of any admission ticket without any refund.
Additionally, when appropriate, revocation of season ticket privileges or arrest by law enforcement authorities will occur. By using any admission ticket and entering the O.co Coliseum, ticket holder expressly agrees to the terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of the ticket.
Please note that unauthorized sales activities of any kind are strictly prohibited within the O.co Coliseum. Failure to comply will result in ejection.
West Side of the O.co Coliseum: Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access to the club concourse. These elevators are accessed via the Plaza Club entrance, across from the ORACLE arena.
East Side of the O.co Coliseum: Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access to all levels of the East Side structure, including the Plaza Suites, Plaza Reserved, East Side Club Suites and East Side Loge Suites. These elevators are accessed via the 100 Level concourse at section 143, via the BART Plaza.
Field Level Section: An elevator allowing access to the Field Level wheelchair accessible seats in row 20 is located in the right field corner at section 101, inside gate B. A Guest Services Team Member is staffed at this location to assist guests. This elevator takes guests from the 100 Level concourse to the lower cross aisle between rows 20 and 21 of the Field Level sections.
In case of an emergency please notify the nearest usher or security guard, or visit the West Side Customer Accommodations Office. To contact someone at O.co Coliseum in case of an emergency on game day, please call the AEG Office at (510) 569-2121.

Should there be an immediate need to evacuate the O.co Coliseum; fans will be given instructions via the public address system. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the two exits nearest to your seats.
The O.co Coliseum does not permit guests who have exited the O.co Coliseum to re-enter. Once a guest has exited the facility, their ticket will not be valid for entry again.

We want all fans to enjoy the action and excitement of Oakland Raiders football. We expect all who enter the O.co Coliseum and surrounding parking lots to adhere to this Code. Failure to follow this Code may result in ejection from the O.co Coliseum, revocation of ticket privileges, and/or arrest. Although Season Ticket Members may provide their tickets to others, the account holder of record is responsible for the actions of those using their tickets.
The O.co Coliseum parking lot will close to the following activities immediately after kick off:
• Consumption or preparation of food or beverages
• Use of televisions, computers or other devices to view or project broadcasts or video of any kind
Those participating in these activities are subject to ejection from the parking lot, revocation of game tickets, citation and/or arrest for trespassing.
The following actions are prohibited:
Guests who are found in violation of the Code of Conduct may be required to take a four hour online Fan Conduct course in order to re-enter the O.co Coliseum for future games. Total cost of the online course is $250.

The Hall of Fame Suite is a party suite that seats up to 96 guests. Drink tickets and a full food buffet are complimentary with the purchase of each ticket. This suite is located near the north end zone. Parking passes may also be included, depending on the number of tickets purchased. This is a perfect investment for those who cannot fill an entire Suite but have the desire to entertain.
The Junior Raiderettes program provides young fans an opportunity to interact and perform with Football's Fabulous Females. Every year, aspiring Raiderettes between the ages 7-15 learn routines, make friends, create memories, and perform with their Raiderette idols.

Laser pointers and similar items are prohibited. Anyone who is observed using a laser pointer will be ejected from the O.co Coliseum and the device will be confiscated. Any confiscated laser pointer may be turned over to law enforcement and will not be returned.
Line-up for early arriving vehicles will begin 7 hours prior to kickoff for all lots and all gates. Overnight parking is prohibited by law.
Tickets should be secured in a safe place at all times. If you are a current Season Ticket Member and your tickets are lost or left at home, tickets can be reprinted pursuant to the following guidelines:
Found items are taken to the O.co Coliseum Security Offices at section 126 (West Side) and section 148 (East Side) as soon as possible. Items are immediately logged and kept there until the crowd has completely exited the O.co Coliseum after each game. AEG building management (located on the Plaza Level next to the ORACLE Arena Box Office) handles all unclaimed items beginning the next business day. AEG can be reached at (510) 383-4660, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PST. Items not claimed within a reasonable amount of time will be turned over to law enforcement or donated to charity.

There are four walk-in stores; an external store at gate C, an external store at gate D, an indoor store at section 105, and an indoor store at section 129.

Noise makers are prohibited inside the O.co Coliseum for any Oakland Raiders home game. Noise makers include cowbells, air horns, drums, and all items that serve as a distraction to game play or fans.

Picnic tables are available on the West Side 300 Level concourse of the O.co Coliseum. The picnic tables are available to all patrons to enjoy.
Press with passes enter the O.co Coliseum through the North Pass gate, located in lot F. Press passes can be picked up at Will Call located on the Plaza. Press who pick up passes at Will Call may also enter at the Plaza Entry

On game day, The Oakland Raiders host an interactive area allowing young fans to participate in a variety of family focused activities. The Raider Rookie Zone is located on the East Side of the O.co Coliseum at the North entrance to the East Side Club behind section 234.
Multiple ramps located throughout the O.co Coliseum provide access to various levels.

O.co Security Offices are located at section 148 (gate D) and at section 127 (gate B) on the 100 Level concourse. Offices open 30 minutes prior to Coliseum gate openings and remain open for one hour after the game ends.
In our commitment to providing fans a game day environment that is safe and enjoyable The Oakland Raiders are currently working on new technology that will allow you to easily and anonymously "text" any game day issue to the security command center. The appropriate O.co Coliseum personnel will be immediately dispatched to your location to resolve the concern.

Ticket forwarding allows Season Ticket Members to email their tickets to friends, family or clients if they can't attend a game. Simply log in to My Raiders Account and select the ticket or group of tickets you wish to send, enter the recipient's information and select "Forward." This technology is complimentary to Season Ticket Members.
If you are interested in Season, Group, or Suite Tickets, call 1-800-RAIDERS and a Ticket Sales Representative will help find the perfect option for you. Our professional representatives will help you find the seats that meet your needs and fit within your budget. New accounts are allowed to purchase a maximum of 4 Season Tickets. Existing Season Ticket Members can add up to a maximum of 6 seats.
All sales are final.
We do not allow Season Tickets to be transferred to a different account. New Season Tickets can be purchased by calling 1-800-RAIDERS.

Will Call is located at the ORACLE Arena Box Office, opening five hours prior to kickoff and closing at the end of halftime.
Guests must show photo identification at Will Call in order to pick up tickets. The name on the photo identification must match the name under which the tickets are left for Will Call to release the tickets. Will Call is the only place a guest may leave tickets to be picked up by another guest.
If you are not the person whose name the tickets are left under, you must have a copy of that person's photo identification with a note stating that they release the tickets to you for the game, with their signature.
