K Phil Dawson’s 41-yard FG gave the Browns a 3-0 lead with 12:59 left in the 2nd quarter.
Francies returned the ensuing kickoff to the 25. The Raiders went three-and-out and Lechler came on to punt. Cribbs returned Lechler’s punt and a facemask penalty moved the ball to the Browns 38. A few plays later Weeden hit WR Josh Gordon for a 44-yard TD. The extra point was good and the Browns led 10-0 with 10:25 left in the 2nd quarter.
Francies returned the ensuing kickoff 32 yards to the Raiders 28. The Raiders went three-and-out and Lechler came on to punt. Cribbs returned the punt to the Browns 36. The Raiders forced a three-and-out. P Reggie Hodges’ punt was downed at the Oakland 30.
The Raiders drive stalled and K Sebastian Janikowski, playing in his 200th game, drilled a 51-yard field goal to cut the Browns lead to 10-3 with 4:28 left in the 2nd quarter.
The ensuing kickoff went for a touchback. The Browns next drive ended when CB Phillip Adams intercepted Weeden’s deep pass down the left sideline at the Raiders 8. The Raiders got in position for a 61-yard field goal attempt, which was just short, and the Browns took a 10-3 lead into the locker room at halftime.
The Browns started at the 35 after the kickoff, a touchback and a penalty on the Raiders. The Raiders held the Browns to a field goal attempt. The 35-yard kick gave the Browns a 13-3 lead with 9:51 left in the 3rd quarter.

The Raiders drive ended when CB Sheldon Brown intercepted a Palmer pass at the Cleveland 6. RB Trent Richardson capped a 94-yard drive with a 3-yard TD run. The extra point was good and Cleveland took a 20-10 lead with 3:27 to go.
The Raiders marched down the field and scored on a 17-yard TD pass from Palmer to TE Brandon Myers. The extra point was good and the Raiders trailed 20-17 with 1 second left. Janikowski’s onside kick attempt went out of bounds and the Browns took possession. A kneel-down ended the game.
The Raiders fall to 3-9 on the season and host the Denver Broncos on NFL Network’s Thursday Night Football.
